By using the Pixelite mobile app ("App"), you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use our App.
2. About Pixelite
Pixelite is an AI photo-maker, photo editor, and video generation app that lets you:
- Transform photos with AI technology
- Apply creative filters and styles
- Generate AI-powered videos from text or images
- Create entertaining video effects with face images
- Save enhanced images and videos to your iCloud
- Access features through tokens or membership
Video Generation Services
Our AI video generation features include:
- Multiple AI Models: SeedDance, Pixverse, Kling, Google Veo, and more
- Video Lengths: 5-10 seconds depending on model
- Resolution: Up to 1080p quality
- Token Costs: 7-65 tokens per video based on model complexity
- Processing Time: Typically 1-3 minutes per video
3. Authentication
We only support Apple Sign-In for user authentication.
We collect the following data that you choose to share:
- Your email address (optional - only if you don't select "Hide My Email")
- A unique user ID (automatically provided by Apple)
We do NOT collect or store any other personal information, usage data, or behavioral analytics.

You can use our App to:

5.1 Face Data and Video Generation Terms
Important: When using face images for video generation:
- Entertainment Only: Video effects are for personal entertainment purposes only
- Consent Required: You must have permission from anyone whose face appears in your content
- No Impersonation: Creating videos to impersonate real persons is strictly prohibited
- Temporary Processing: Face data is processed temporarily and immediately deleted
- Your Responsibility: You are liable for any misuse of generated videos
Specifically prohibited uses include:
- Creating deepfakes or deceptive content
- Impersonating celebrities, public figures, or private individuals
- Using others' faces without explicit written consent
- Creating content that could harm someone's reputation
- Commercial use without appropriate licenses
- Creating inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse our services
- Using automated tools or bots to access services
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content Ownership
Your photos and videos remain yours. When using Pixelite:
- You keep all rights to your images and videos
- You allow us temporary processing access
- We delete all content immediately after processing
- Enhanced images and generated videos belong to you
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important Notice about AI Content:
- AI-generated videos may not always be accurate or realistic
- Content quality depends on input quality and AI model limitations
- Generated content is not suitable for legal, professional, or official use
- You must review all content before sharing publicly
- Pixelite is not responsible for how you use generated content
- Entertainment and personal creative use only
7. Privacy First
Privacy-first features:
- Zero photo storage on our servers
- No usage tracking or analytics
- No behavioral data collection
- Photos processed and immediately deleted
- No AI training on your images
- All data stays on your device or your personal iCloud

8. Data Collection
Pixelite is designed with privacy in mind:
- We do NOT use any analytics tools
- We do NOT track user behavior
- We do NOT collect usage statistics
- We do NOT share data with third parties
- We only process what's necessary for the service to function
9. Service Availability
While we aim for constant availability:
- Occasional maintenance occurs
- Technical issues may arise
- Features might change over time
10. Limitations
Pixelite is offered "as-is" without guarantees. We're not responsible for:
- Enhancement results
- Service interruptions
- Indirect damages
11. Account Removal
Stop using Pixelite whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that:
- Break these Terms
- Engage in harmful activities
- Violate applicable laws
You can delete your account whenever you want under the Account Settings page. *** Be careful, this will delete everything, including your tokens, and you will never get them back! All responsibility lies with you.
12. Updates
These Terms may change. Continued use means acceptance of updates. We'll notify you of significant changes. Any changes that affect your privacy will be clearly communicated before implementation. We are committed to maintaining our privacy-first approach.
13. Legal Matters
These Terms follow applicable laws. Disputes are handled through appropriate channels.
