How does AI photo enhancement work?
Pixelite uses advanced AI models to transform your photos with various styles and effects. Simply upload a photo, choose a style or describe what you want in AI Studio, and our AI will create stunning variations. Each generation uses tokens from your account.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
No, your photos are never permanently stored on our servers. Images are processed securely and immediately deleted after generation. All your creations are saved locally on your device and optionally backed up to your personal iCloud storage.
What file formats are supported?
Pixelite supports all common image formats from your iPhone/iPad library including:
• JPEG/JPG - Standard photo format
• HEIC/HEIF - Modern Apple photo format
• PNG - Images with transparency
• Live Photos - Apple's animated photos
• RAW files - Professional camera formats (DNG, etc.)
How do tokens work?
Tokens are credits used for AI generations. Each style transformation uses 1 token. New users get 3 free welcome tokens. You can get more tokens through subscriptions or one-time purchases.
What is AI Studio?
AI Studio is our chat-based image editor. Upload any photo and describe changes in natural language like "make the background a beach" or "add sunset lighting". It's like having a photo editor that understands your words!
Is there a subscription required?
New users receive 3 free welcome tokens to try Pixelite. After that, you can choose from:
• Monthly/Annual subscriptions with token allowances
• One-time token purchases for occasional use
• All features require tokens, but you decide how to get them
Can I use Pixelite offline?
Pixelite requires an internet connection for AI photo generation as our powerful AI models run in the cloud. However, you can browse and manage your saved photos offline.
Technical Support
App crashes or won't open
Try restarting your device and ensure you have the latest version of Pixelite. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
Photos not processing correctly
Ensure your device has sufficient storage space and that the photo file isn't corrupted. Very large files may take longer to process.
Export quality issues
Check your export settings in the app. For best quality, use the highest resolution setting available for your device.
